First of all her hotel starting to ask your ID in reception and ask for room nr. Be aware!
I had problem with agency regarding to communication with SMS. I asked for her 17:35 and confirmed my booking at 17:42 for 18:00. till this time sms responces arrived fast. I send another sms when I was on the way and ask her room nr. No answer came. I arrived the hotel at 18:07 and send another sms and no answer again. I sent another sms as "Is there a problem?" at 18:14 and finally multiple sms answer came 18:25 as follows;
"Please wait for 5 mins."
"Room nr xxx"
"She wait Room xxx"
"Are you ignored"
"you will be at black list"

As you may guess I cannot understand why I will be at black list but anyway I responded them as " Ok I'm coming. So I waited 20 mins you threatened me like this?? So, no problem." and went in to the hotel. As a nice surprise security guy asked me room nr and as reflex I said fake room nr and he asked me my ID and he said he must check. After made a copy of my ID at the reception, he let me in. In the same time I sent sms to agent which explain the situation. Finally at 18:35 I was at the door but guess what. Girl did not open the door and I heard she was behind the door. I sent another SMS as "I'm at the door" at 18:36 and the answer arrived "Are u kidding?" at 18:37.So, I really disappointed with this situation and I sent several sms to understand what happen and explain my situation but no answer at all then I left 18:45
I used this agency many times before but this time they gave me real headache instead of nice time with a nice girl. I put same statistics as other comments for the girl because of I believe this is not her fault.
As a recommendation pls use IM softwares like skype or whatsapp to prevent this kind of situations.

Sorry dear but this is not true. You was have room number at 17:55 and answer me at 18:10 but coming in room later. Reception asked your ID because you're the first to come on reception and ask where room.
